Llyn Tegid.
During 2022 there will be extensive work to the stone embankment from the warden’s office to Bala Rugby club. Access to the shore here will be restricted. The footpath will be closed for long periods. This is essential work carried out by NRW.
Juniors.
The club has a keen junior membership. Four competitions are arranged annually for them. The George Roberts shield and the Club fly are fly competitions held at Maes Y Clawdd.
The Stephen Hollins shield and Gwynedd Confetioners shield are coarse fishing competitions held at various venues.
In addition fly casting tuition is available when required and fly tying classes are held during the winter months.
Covid-19 has impacted severely on these activities during 2020-21.
The club is proud that several junior members have made the Welsh International junior team in the last few years.
